My 6 walkers and some miniatures I bought at ebay are soaking in PVC-cleaner, so I turned my attention on those models, who far away from being ready enough for a nice basecoat.
Two of the guys from the TOS used the event to skip the postal fee and handed me over those bits I traded and 15 DE cold ones they got for me with their last club-internal omnibus order at wayland. I now have everything I need to start converting my eldar corsair army with full force.
I still need to find some solution for a couple of minor problems, but more about that later.
What you can see (or not see thanks for being packed in plastic bags and boxes) are:
- 5 Serpent tanks, all lack canopies and magnets for the chin-weapons.
- 2 Falcons lacking magnets for the weapon points. I also need to magnetise two D-cannons for "count as prism tank" purposes.
- One Falcon which needs to get converted into a FW Nigh Spinner (those parts need to get their mold lines removed too)
- 2 Lords, one is still unassembled, the other one needs a scratch build wraithblade (lesson I learned at the german TOS).
- 2 Vypers, but those will be the last models I will glue together...
- 20 cold one knights, need to solve the question of how to use them first.
- 50 WHF corsairs, which will be used in my DA, guardian and stormguardian conversions.
- 15 unassembled DA models + a lot of spare bits like heads and guns I traded together.
- 30 unassembled guardians from the eldar force boxes
- 3x6 fire dragons
- 8 Shees, one exarch and jain zar
- 5 reaper + maugan
- 10 quins lacking jester&seer
Lots of work and if my performance this weekend wouldn't vex me that much that I want to redeem myself with two tournament attendings in november, I would faint over the view of so many unpainted and unprimed models. ^^
